Returns Policy

• In the event of Damage or Loss, if the Purchaser has elected not to insure, there will be NO REFUND
• If the Purchaser has insured for 'Loss Cover only' with our Courier and the package does not arrive on the arranged delivery date, please advise us within 7 days.
• If the Purchaser has 'All Risks Cover' for damage and loss with their personal Insurance company and the package does not arrive on the arranged delivery date or arrives damaged, please advise us within 7 days.

The Purchaser must inspect the Artworks immediately upon receipt and notify us within 7 days by email to get prior authorization for any return.

After you notify us and receive approval, please return the Artwork with a copy of our Invoice within 30 days of receipt of the packages.

The return will be fully at your own expense and must be with a courier with a reliable tracking system. The artwork must be securely packaged and must be insured for its full value. We will advise you when we will be available to receive the package. You must then email the Track & Trace No and expected delivery date to us.

If you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return it to us under the above Return conditions. The Artwork must be in perfect condition, and we do not pay Packaging, Shipping or the Insurance required. We will upon receipt of the article in satisfactory condition, issue a 75% of Artwork value Refund to you. You will be required to supply your Bank Account details and physical address to us, as well as your full names, name of account holder, account number and branch code, plus your full residential address.

Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once the Artwork has been handed to the courier and confirmation of purchase and payment has been made.

Limitation of Liability
We will not accept any 3rd party claims in connection with this service of agreement

Indemnity
All members of our company are indemnified against all liability, legal fees and costs incurred in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of these Terms.

Amendment to these Terms & Conditions
We are entitled at any time to amend these Terms & Conditions and similarly revise prices prior to dispatch of the goods to reflect direct or indirect costs to the seller. If a price has been paid in full prior to dispatch, no price revision or amendments of Terms and Conditions will take place.
